Key Duties

Hunt Transportation is seeking CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers for their national over-the-road (OTR) 14-day fleet. Drivers will:

  • Safely transport flatbed freight across the country while adhering to all DOT regulations.
  • Load and secure cargo, ensuring proper tarping and handling of diverse freight types.
  • Maintain communication with dispatch to coordinate schedules and deliveries.
  • Perform routine inspections and upkeep of company-provided vehicles to ensure reliability and safety.
  • Contribute to a professional and efficient fleet environment while representing Hunt Transportation to customers.

Requirements

  • Valid CDL-A license with a clean driving record.
  • Experience driving flatbed trucks preferred; OTR experience beneficial.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks such as securing loads and lifting equipment when necessary.
  • Strong time management and route planning skills to maintain on-time deliveries.
  • Willingness to work on a 14-day on-road schedule with structured home time.
