The Role & Responsibilities
As a cashier, you will play a key role in creating a positive customer experience while ensuring accurate transaction handling.

Handle daily cash and card transactions smoothly, ensuring all purchases are processed quickly and accurately.

Provide friendly customer service by greeting customers, answering basic product queries, and ensuring every guest leaves with a positive impression.

Maintain accurate cash registers and daily reports, balancing transactions and reporting any discrepancies at the end of the shift.

Issue receipts, refunds, and exchanges in a respectful and organized manner following company policies.

Support store operations, such as maintaining a clean counter area, assisting with stock when needed, and coordinating with sales staff.
What We’re Looking For

Passed O/Ls (A/Ls preferred) with basic math skills and computer literacy.

Prior experience in cashiering or customer service is an advantage.

Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

Pleasant personality with good communication skills in Sinhala (English or Tamil is a plus).

Ability to handle pressure calmly, especially during busy hours.
