The Role & Responsibilities

As a Cashier at END., you will be a primary point of contact for customers at the end of their shopping experience. You’ll help ensure that each transaction is smooth, accurate, and reflective of the high standards END. is known for.

Point-of-Sale Excellence

  • Process Transactions Efficiently
    Handle cash and card payments quickly and accurately, ensuring each customer leaves with a positive final impression of their visit.

  • Handle Returns and Exchanges
    Explain return policies clearly and manage exchanges with precision, always aiming to provide a helpful and respectful service.

Customer Interaction

  • Provide Exceptional Service
    Greet customers warmly, answer general questions about products or orders, and introduce services like Click & Collect or upcoming launches.

  • Promote Brand Values
    Communicate END.’s brand ethos in a way that feels natural and informative, helping customers understand what makes the store unique.

Qualifications

  • Retail or Cashier Experience (Preferred)
    Prior work in a retail, cashier, or customer-facing environment is ideal, though training will be provided to the right candidate.

  • Attention to Detail
    In handling cash, receipts, and discounts, accuracy and diligence are essential to ensure all transactions are correct and compliant.

  • Strong Communication Skills
    Ability to engage with customers professionally, handle questions confidently, and work well with colleagues and supervisors.

  • Comfort with Technology
    You should feel confident using digital POS systems, barcode scanners, and digital receipt software.
