Job Summary of Cashier Operator:

Floor & Decor is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Cashier Operator, who are essential in delivering excellent customer service. As a Cashier Operator, you will be responsible for greeting customers, processing their purchases, facilitating returns, managing cash transactions, and ensuring that each customer has a positive experience. Requirements of Cashier Operator:
• The minimum age requirement is 18 years
• Competence in elementary math competencies
• Customer service experience
• Considering traveling to alternative stores for support.

Working Conditions of Cashier Operator:
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically quiet to moderate.

Physical/Sensory Requirements of Cashier Operator:
• Medium Work Ability to exert 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10-25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
