Job Description

The Alaska Commercial Company is hiring two connected individuals (often couples, friends, or family) for Store Manager-in-Training and Front-End Manager-in-Training roles in rural Alaska. These full-time positions offer competitive pay, benefits, relocation, housing, and training. Duties include leading staff, customer service, product ordering, cash handling, and store displays. Applicants need at least two years of grocery or retail experience, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and enthusiasm for small-town life. Housing is provided for employees and immediate family only. Pets are limited. Candidates must be willing to relocate. This is a unique chance to grow in retail while exploring Alaska.
