Opportunities for School Leavers to join the bank as Trainee Banking Assistants

Candidates who meet the minimum eligibility criteria outlined below are invited to apply by submitting an updated CV to recruit@dfccbank.com.

Shortlisted applicants will be contacted based on current vacancies and invited to participate in the Bank’s structured selection process.

To be considered, you should ideally:

• Be below 23 years of age

• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Have a flair for delivering excellent customer service

• Have passed the G.C.E. O/L with Credit passes in Mathematics and English, and secured three passes at the G.C.E. A/L (excluding General English)

School Leaver Internship Opportunities (6 months)

We offer internship opportunities for young school leavers who are eager to explore a career in banking while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in a dynamic professional environment.

Interns will benefit from a blend of classroom-based learning and on-the-job training, guided by experienced professionals in the field. An attractive monthly allowance will be provided throughout the internship period.

Applicants who have completed their G.C.E. O/L and A/L examinations are eligible to apply.
