Job Description

Watra Care is hiring a Care Coordinator in Birmingham, full-time or part-time, with a salary up to £29,000 plus on-call and care pay. You will be the first point of contact for customers and care assistants, coordinate care plans, manage rotas, handle enquiries, and maintain records of incidents or complaints. The role requires excellent communication, organisation, and IT skills, plus flexibility and commitment to quality care. A driving licence is essential; Health & Social Care qualifications are preferred but not required.
