Key Duties

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Car Lot Attendant to help maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready dealership lot. This role involves:

  • Moving and positioning vehicles on the lot for test drives or display.

  • Refueling and performing basic maintenance tasks, including jumpstarting vehicles.

  • Performing snow removal, cleaning, and general janitorial duties both indoors and outdoors.

  • Transporting vehicles between Kendall locations as needed.

  • Using mechanical hand tools, pressure washers, and carwash equipment to maintain vehicles in top condition.

This position combines physical activity with opportunities to learn the automotive business, making it a solid entry point for career growth in sales, service, or dealership operations.

Requirements
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

  • Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions and performing physically active tasks such as bending, twisting, standing, and walking throughout the day.

  • Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate simple hand tools and vehicle equipment.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting team goals and maintaining high standards for dealership presentation.

  • No prior automotive experience is required; training will be provided.
