• Position: 2026 Summer Internship – Operations

• Company: Callaway Golf

• Location: North America Distribution Center, Fort Worth, TX

• Employment Type: Internship (Part-Time/Full-Time as per schedule)

• Compensation: $23.00 – $25.00 per hour

• Relocation Assistance: Not provided

Key Duties

• Support operational and supply chain activities at the distribution center.

• Assist with process improvements, inventory management, and workflow optimization.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency and accuracy in operations.

• Gain hands-on experience in logistics, order fulfillment, and operational planning.

• Contribute to projects that enhance day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Systems Engineering.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Willingness to work onsite at the Fort Worth location for the duration of the internship.

• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and learning from hands-on experiences.
