Barista Job Description

This is a job opportunity for a skilled Barista to work in our showroom. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prepare high-quality beverages in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Beverage Preparation
• Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee beverages (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte).
• Operate coffee machines and equipment following brand standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and speed of service.
• Customer Service
• Greet customers and offer refreshments in a courteous manner.
• Ensure VIP and regular guests receive prompt and attentive service while waiting in lounge areas.
• Assist with light hospitality duties to support the showroom environment.
• Inventory & Stock Replenishment
• Monitor stock of coffee, tea, water, condiments, and related supplies.
• Refill and clean coffee machines and service stations regularly.
• Notify supervisors when items need restocking.
• Cleanliness & Hygiene
• Maintain cleanliness of the coffee area, lounge tables, and serving tools.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards at all times.
