Job description

Data Strategy and Management

Lead the design and execution of the data strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
Manage the end-to-end data pipeline, including data acquisition, cleansing, transformation, and storage
Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of all data-related processes

Business Intelligence Reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track key business metrics (e.g., player acquisition, retention, revenue generation)
Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to support decision-making across departments (marketing, product, operations, etc.)
Develop predictive models and forecasting techniques to inform business strategy

Stakeholder Collaboration

Work closely with senior leadership to define data-driven objectives and metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment with business requirements
Communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and actionable manner

Data Governance and Best Practices

Define and enforce best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and privacy compliance (GDPR, local regulations)
Implement and oversee processes to maintain high-quality data standards
Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to improve data and BI capabilities
