We are seeking a Business Analyst to join the Business Applications Management (BAM) team within Global Operational & Enterprise Risk Management (GOERM). This is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension, located in Toronto, ON.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in the Program Ascend project, which involves transitioning a legacy application used for processing credits for business class customers to a newer, internal system.
This role requires a professional with 4-5 years of experience in business analysis or project delivery.

●Elicit and document business and solution requirements from various stakeholders.
●Create and maintain necessary Enterprise Delivery Framework (EDF) documentation.
●Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop comprehensive test cases.
●Review and provide feedback on technical documentation and solution design documents created by development teams.
●Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including both technical staff and business stakeholders.
●Prepare and draft communications, as well as training materials, for end-users.
●Provide second-line support for application end-users.
●Lead meetings to clarify requirements and ensure project alignment among all parties.
Qualifications
●Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a business analysis, program, or project delivery role.
●Skills: Strong documentation skills, including the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and capture detailed meeting notes.
●Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to ask the right questions to uncover gaps and ensure clarity.
●Testing: Proven experience in writing test cases and executing functional testing.
●Project Lifecycle: Experience with end-to-end project delivery, from initial requirements gathering through to testing and validation.
●Data Knowledge: Familiarity with data governance, data integrity, and data compliance principles.
●Collaboration: Experience working in cross-functional teams and reviewing technical documentation.
