Key Duties

Loverboy Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Brand Representative to grow our presence across the Colorado territory. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and consumers while driving awareness, sales, and brand loyalty. Your responsibilities include:

• Engaging with retail accounts and distributor partners to ensure brand visibility and growth.
• Executing in-market activities, such as product samplings, events, and promotional displays.
• Collaborating with leadership to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing objectives.
• Communicating and upholding Loverboy brand standards across all accounts.
• Motivating distributor sales teams to achieve key sales targets and programming goals.
• Managing territory schedules, attending sampling events, and celebrating wins with partners.
• Acting as a culture ambassador for Loverboy, fostering engagement and enthusiasm in every interaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, preferably within the beverage alcohol industry or through distributor networks.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong sales, negotiation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and can work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, vehicle, and auto-liability insurance.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds frequently and travel within the territory (~80% in-market).
