Job Details

• Position: Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Pain Management

• Company: Doctors Choice Placement Services, Inc.

• Location: Naples, FL (Metro Southwest Florida)

• Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Compensation: Competitive/Negotiable, discussed during hiring process

Key Duties

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of board-certified PM&R and Pain Management physicians.

• Support a wide variety of interventional and non-surgical pain management treatments, including fluoroscopic-guided procedures.

• Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and staff to ensure a comprehensive care plan for patients.

• Participate in patient education, care coordination, and follow-up.

• Contribute to optimizing patient recovery, reducing re-injury risks, and improving quality of life.

Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the state of Florida.

• Clinical experience in pain management, rehabilitation, orthopedics, or related field preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working directly with patients and multidisciplinary teams.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative and patient-focused environment.

About the Practice

The practice consists of three experienced PM&R and Pain Management physicians supported by a team of physical therapists and medical staff. Together, they deliver advanced interventional procedures—including steroid injections and vertebroplasty—as well as personalized therapy programs. Their goal is to shorten recovery times, reduce risks of re-injury, and help patients return to active, healthier lives.
