This role offers the opportunity to contribute to infrastructure projects using the latest digital design tools and BIM standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in CAD drafting, 3D modeling, and cross-discipline coordination for transport infrastructure projects in the UAE or GCC. You will develop layout drawings, manage BIM workflows, assist with model coordination, and ensure that drafting outputs meet the latest engineering and QA/QC standards. Core Duties * Prepare CAD and BIM drawings for roads, highways, signage, and traffic studies using AutoCAD and BIM tools* Collaborate with engineering leads and digital delivery teams to ensure project documentation is accurate and delivered on time* Create parametric and non-parametric content for BIM libraries as per LOD specifications* Perform quality checks to ensure drawing standards, presentation, and readability are in line with Parsons guidelines* Utilize Autodesk Navisworks to conduct clash detection and compile clash reports* Extract quantities, produce schedules, and manage BIM models in ProjectWise, BIM360, or ACC* Coordinate with other design disciplines to resolve modeling and data issues* Stay updated with industry BIM standards and digital delivery practices* Assist in project documentation from concept to construction support phases* Perform additional duties related to design documentation and BIM development as needed Candidate Requirements * Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering* Minimum 5 years of experience in roads, highways, and transport infrastructure CAD drafting* Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM platforms, and CDE tools like ProjectWise, BIM360, or ACC* Familiarity with LOD standards and BIM workflows from initiation to final delivery* Clear verbal and written communication skills in English* Capable of working under tight deadlines in a multidisciplinary environment Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D, Navisworks, and Open Roads* Knowledge of MicroStation and its integration with road design processes* UAE or GCC project experience preferred
