Hey there! Were Black Sheep Coffee UAE, originally from London and now leading the Robusta coffee revolution in the MEA . We expanded to Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and were not stopping there. Our mission? To rid the world of average, boring coffee! As we continue to expand and innovate in the coffee industry, we re looking for talented individuals like you to help us seize new opportunities and drive our success. Ready to #LEAVETHEHERD and take charge as a Barista Trainee? Join us and make a real impact! Your role will include, but is not limited to… Complete hands-on training to master espresso extraction, latte art, and preparation of high-quality beverages. Develop knowledge of coffee beans, blends, and food offerings to answer customer inquiries with confidence. Support experienced Baristas in preparing beverages and food items to standard specifications. Follow health, safety, and food hygiene standards to ensure compliance across the store. Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout shifts, including daily setup and close-down procedures. Assist with stocking and replenishing supplies, as well as unpacking deliveries to support store operations. Engage warmly with customers,
