Position: Barista (Lounge Assistant)

Overview

Prepare a variety of coffee drinks and other beverages, including espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, and teas, ensuring consistent quality and presentation. Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, offering recommendations, and addressing questions or special requests with a positive attitude. Keep the work area, equipment, and utensils clean and organized, adhering to health and safety standards. Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.

Work effectively with other Retail store members to ensure smooth operations. Engage with guests in a professional manner, striving to enhance their overall Store experience.
