Job description

We Are Hiring: Barista – ECOS Dubai Hotel, Al Furjan

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hotel, café, or restaurant environment.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Barista
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Expertise in preparing a wide range of non-alcoholic beverages (specialty coffees, teas, fresh juices, smoothies, mocktails, etc.)
• Knowledge of professional espresso machines and grinders
• Familiarity with various brewing methods (espresso, pour-over, French press, cold brew, etc.)
• Ability to create latte art and specialty coffee beverages
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
• Knowledge of cashiering and POS systems
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to assist in serving and other F&B tasks when needed
• Basic knowledge of inventory management (ordering, stock rotation, wastage control)
• Enthusiasm to stay updated on coffee trends, new recipes, and beverage innovations
