Job Description:
Chevron are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Aviation Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will work directly under the supervision of the Chief Inspector/Quality Manager to ensure that clients are supported. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest quality standards in all aviation-related work and ensure compliance with the quality control processes on all assigned projects.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for verifying that all work meets strict safety and quality standards, ensuring timely and accurate completion of maintenance projects, and maintaining positive relationships with employees, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Control and Inspections:
• Monitor and execute quality control processes as outlined in the Repair Station and Quality Control Manual.
• Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with Repair Station authorisations.
• Complete in-process inspections to monitor maintenance progress.
• Perform airworthiness determinations based on ADs, SBs, Maintenance Manuals, and other technical documentation.
• Conduct Final Inspections of aircraft and related components.
• Generate required records for maintenance events and distribute to relevant parties.
• Process work order documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
