Key Duties

As an Auto Care Center Service Writer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while managing vehicle service requests. Your role includes:

• Greeting customers and understanding their vehicle service needs.

• Communicating service recommendations and pricing clearly to customers.

• Coordinating vehicle intake, scheduling, and service tracking using company systems.

• Ensuring accurate documentation of services, parts, and labor performed.

• Collaborating with technicians and team members to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

• Maintaining a clean, organized service center while adhering to safety and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Comfortable using technology and software for service documentation and scheduling.
