Key Duties

Confidential – Family Owned Business is seeking a skilled Audio Visual Install Engineer to join our System Integration team. The role involves installing, configuring, and commissioning commercial audio and video systems across various environments, including conference rooms, houses of worship, and sports facilities.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing system drawings using AutoCAD.
• Integrating control systems and DSP processing, ensuring all audio and video signals function seamlessly.
• Configuring and maintaining A/V protocols including Biamp, BSS, Qsys, Crestron, and Dante.
• Commissioning and troubleshooting AV systems for diverse facilities.
• Collaborating with clients and team members to ensure project goals are met on schedule.
• Managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of communication and professionalism.
• Responding effectively to challenges and high-pressure situations on-site.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial A/V integration.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and system integration software.
• Experience with control systems, DSP processing, and A/V signal management.
• Familiarity with commercial AV environments such as conference rooms, worship facilities, and sports venues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to handle complex projects while balancing immediate operational demands.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong problem-solving skills in high-stress situations.
