Job Description

Vedder Price seeks a Finance Associate to join its Global Transportation Finance team in Miami. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated international transactions involving aviation, maritime, and other asset financings, while collaborating closely with senior attorneys and clients. Candidates should bring 2–7 years of transactional experience in areas such as securitization, leveraged finance, structured finance, or aviation finance. Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills are required, along with a J.D. and admission (or pending admission) to the Florida Bar. This hybrid position combines high-level client exposure, professional development support, and competitive compensation in a collaborative environment.
