Key Duties

Castle Peak & Avon Dental, two prominent general dentistry practices in the scenic Vail Valley with offices in Avon and Eagle, is seeking a motivated Associate Dentist. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience and enjoy delivering comprehensive patient care, including full treatment planning and quadrant dentistry.

As an Associate Dentist, you will:

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients in a compassionate, professional manner.
• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Serve as a confident provider in quadrant dentistry and general practice procedures.
• Support team culture and actively participate in continuous improvement and professional development.
• Contribute to maintaining practice standards, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This role emphasizes patient-centered care while integrating the practice’s core values into daily operations.

Requirements

• Licensed and authorized to work in the United States (visa sponsorship not available).
• General Practice Dentist (DDS or DMD) with 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning.
• Comfort in working in an out-of-network practice with higher fee schedules.

Pay & Benefits

• Compensation based on net production, with a 3-month guaranteed daily rate ($500–$800/day).
• Full-time clinical schedule (31–32 hours/week) with optional Friday procedures or skill development.
• Healthcare stipend ($208/month if not covered through spouse/parent).
• Annual flexible benefits package ($7,000–$9,000) usable for CE, healthcare, PTO, childcare, or equipment.
• Malpractice insurance coverage, including implant placement and sedation.
• Lab fees covered up to $300 per case.
• Paid vacation during April, October, and holidays, with additional time off available.
