Job description For Assistant Estate Manageress

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Assistant Estate Manageress to support the efficient management and maintenance of our prestigious estate in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Estate Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and impeccable upkeep of the property.

Responsibilities:
– Assist the Estate Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the estate, including maintenance, housekeeping, and landscaping teams.
– Coordinate and supervise vendor services and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
– Manage inventories and procure necessary supplies to maintain smooth estate operations.
– Handle administrative duties such as scheduling, reporting, and maintaining records related to estate management.
– Liaise with residents and guests to ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations across the estate.
– Support event planning and execution within the estate premises as required.

– Proven experience in estate management, hospitality management, or a related field.
– Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with staff, vendors, and residents.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
– Knowledge of maintenance procedures and vendor management.
– Familiarity with UAE labor laws and hospitality standards is a plus.
– A proactive and problem-solving approach with a commitment to excellence.
– Fluency in English
