Key DutiesAs an Asset Protection Associate, your primary focus will be ensuring the safety of associates, customers, and merchandise. Responsibilities include:

Monitoring and safeguarding the store environment to prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.

Investigating incidents, identifying patterns, and applying critical thinking to solve complex problems.

Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and compliant store environment.

Supporting loss prevention initiatives and enforcing store policies to protect company assets.
Candidates should have:

Strong observational and analytical skills to identify and address potential risks.

Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and interact professionally with customers and associates.

Dependable work ethic and flexibility to work mid-shifts or closing shifts as scheduled.
