Key Duties

As an Asset Protection Associate, your primary focus will be ensuring the safety of associates, customers, and merchandise. Responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and safeguarding the store environment to prevent theft, fraud, and other security risks.

• Investigating incidents, identifying patterns, and applying critical thinking to solve complex problems.

• Collaborating with team members to maintain a safe and compliant store environment.

• Supporting loss prevention initiatives and enforcing store policies to protect company assets.

Requirements

Candidates should have:

• Strong observational and analytical skills to identify and address potential risks.

• Ability to respond effectively to security incidents and interact professionally with customers and associates.

• Dependable work ethic and flexibility to work mid-shifts or closing shifts as scheduled.
