Key Duties

As an Assembler at Allegion, you will play an important role in producing high-quality security products by assembling parts and components according to instructions. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and gathering parts, tools, and materials for assembly.
• Assembling components under supervision while following detailed instructions.
• Identifying minor assembly issues and notifying your supervisor for assistance.
• Performing repetitive and manual tasks to develop proficiency in assembly procedures.
• Maintaining an understanding of your role within the team and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
• Using basic problem-solving skills to resolve routine assembly challenges.

This entry-level position provides hands-on experience in a structured environment, allowing you to build practical skills in manufacturing and assembly processes.

Requirements

• Basic ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Manual dexterity and capability to handle assembly tools safely.
• Willingness to work under direct supervision with clearly defined duties.
• Entry-level candidates are encouraged; no prior experience is required.
