Job Description

Knight Foundation seeks a full-time Program Professional in the Arts, based in Coconut Grove, Miami. This role supports arts and culture grantmaking, managing grants, and building relationships with partners, grantees, and community stakeholders. Responsibilities include supporting initiatives that strengthen cultural ecosystems, coordinating programs and convenings, monitoring reporting, and helping advance cultural vibrancy through collaboration. Candidates should bring experience in arts or community engagement, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. This position offers a salary range of $58,000–$90,000, with competitive benefits. Applicants must be Miami-based and authorized to work in the U.S.
