Key Duties

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of associates within one of Amazon’s operations buildings. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising, mentoring, and motivating 50–100 associates to achieve performance and safety goals.

• Driving operational excellence while ensuring quality, productivity, and attendance standards are met.

• Supporting inbound and outbound logistics, including managing deliveries, package handling, and use of equipment such as pallet jacks and PIT machinery (where applicable).

• Maintaining a safe and engaging work environment by enforcing policies and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Actively participating on the production floor, walking and standing for long shifts, and stepping in as needed to support the team.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed between May 2024 and August 2026 (all requirements must be met before the first day).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and work a variety of schedules (including nights, weekends, and holidays).

Physical requirements include lifting up to 49 pounds, climbing stairs, bending, and performing tasks in a warehouse setting.
