Job Description

Taco Bell of Alaska is hiring an Area Coach to lead 4–7 restaurants. You will support managers, improve customer service, food quality, and financial performance. Responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring operations, managing budgets, maintaining facilities, and ensuring food safety. Candidates should have at least 2 years of Taco Bell management experience, strong leadership, problem-solving, and computer skills. This full-time role may involve travel, on-call work, and weekends.
