Key Duties

Hotel Zaza is seeking a professional and courteous AM Restaurant Server to provide exceptional service to guests in our fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales through thoughtful recommendations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Greeting and serving guests with professionalism, using surnames when known.
• Setting up and breaking down stations, assisting bussers with food service, and clearing tables efficiently.
• Polishing glassware and ensuring the dining area is presentable at all times.
• Assisting guests with general hotel inquiries and directions when needed.
• Maintaining personal grooming standards, wearing proper uniform and Z-pin, and adhering to hotel safety procedures.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by the outlet manager to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in fine dining service is required.
• Complete familiarity with all menus, specials, and beverage offerings.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact professionally with guests.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other movements required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
