Hotel Zaza is seeking a professional and courteous AM Restaurant Server to provide exceptional service to guests in our fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage offerings to enhance the guest experience and increase sales through thoughtful recommendations.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Greeting and serving guests with professionalism, using surnames when known.
- Setting up and breaking down stations, assisting bussers with food service, and clearing tables efficiently.
- Polishing glassware and ensuring the dining area is presentable at all times.
- Assisting guests with general hotel inquiries and directions when needed.
- Maintaining personal grooming standards, wearing proper uniform and Z-pin, and adhering to hotel safety procedures.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by the outlet manager to ensure smooth operations.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in fine dining service is required.
- Complete familiarity with all menus, specials, and beverage offerings.
- Excellent communication skills in English and ability to interact professionally with guests.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, and other movements required in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team.
