Job Description

Trident Seafoods in Kodiak, Alaska, offers a paid 3-month internship to help students or career explorers learn the seafood production process from start to finish. Interns rotate through departments such as operations, quality, safety, and scheduling while also holding a primary responsibility tied to their studies or interests. Work includes plant operations support, process improvement projects, and collaboration with skilled trade teams. Applicants should be motivated, adaptable, and eager to gain real-world manufacturing experience. A high school diploma and at least 2 years of university or work experience are required. Fishing industry exposure and computer skills are preferred.
