Job DescriptionAlaska Environment is hiring a Campaign Associate in Anchorage, AK. This full-time role focuses on protecting Alaska’s environment and promoting sustainable energy. Duties include building coalitions, educating the public, lobbying officials, earning media attention, recruiting volunteers, and running a grassroots summer campaign office. Training and mentorship are provided, and entry-level candidates are welcome. The position requires strong communication, leadership, and passion for the environment. Pay ranges from $38,250 to $39,500 annually, with benefits including health insurance, retirement plan with employer match, parental leave, commuter benefits, and student loan support. Some travel and temporary summer relocation may be required.
