Al Nokhba Program – Graduate Trainee

Al Nokhba Program

This program is to empower and qualify Emarti Fresh Graduates in all fields and provide them with the necessary knowledge, skills and capabilities in line with international standards and expertise.

This program is designed for 9 months period to prepare the young emarti to the work field. In addition, the program include different types of theoretical and practical training.

Criteria:
• Nationality: United Arab Emirates
• Gender: Male and Female
• Qualification: Bachelor or Master Degree
• Year of Graduation: 2019-2023
• Experience: Without previous experience or with maximum of 3 years
• Age: Less than 30 years
• Language: Fluent in Arabic and English (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
• National Service: Completed
