| Safety | Adhere to IMCA/ADC standards & emergency procedures |
| Team Collaboration | Work with dive team, marine engineers, project managers |
| Equipment | Maintain dive equipment, ensure operational safety |
| Certification | Valid Commercial Diving Certificate (IMCA-recognized) |
| Experience | Minimum 3-4 years in marine construction diving |
| Construction Knowledge | Dredging, breakwater, piling, quay wall, jetty construction |
| Education | Primary (preferred) |
