Job description For Administrative Assistant/Receptionist ( FEMALE )

1. Handling general office duties, such as maintaining files, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

2. Maintaining and updating client information databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

3. Creating and managing sales-related documents like quotations, invoices, and proposals.

4. Responding to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.

5.Providing support to other team with various administrative tasks as needed.

6. Assisting in identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels.

7. Building and maintaining relationships with clients through follow-ups and providing excellent customer service.

8.Tracking and reporting on monthly sales report

9.Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.

10. Can work under pressure.
11. Preferrably Filipina.
