Seminole State College is seeking an Adjunct Faculty member in Psychology to deliver high-quality instruction that promotes student learning, retention, and success. Responsibilities include:

Planning, organizing, and teaching assigned psychology courses with a focus on engaging and effective instruction.

Employing innovative teaching strategies and technology to enhance student understanding and interaction.
-
Collaborating with fellow faculty to support curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
-
Maintaining a professional classroom environment that accommodates diverse student needs and encourages critical thinking.

Monitoring student progress, providing guidance, and supporting mastery of course competencies.

Adhering to institutional policies and contributing to a positive, inclusive educational community.

Master’s degree in Psychology, or a Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Psychology.

Commitment to high-quality instruction and student engagement.

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work with a multicultural student population and adapt teaching to diverse learning styles.

Proficiency with educational technology to enhance learning experiences.
