Key Responsibility 1	Handle daily accounting tasks: AP, AR, GL, reconciliations
Key Responsibility 2	Prepare financial reports and budgets
Key Responsibility 3	Ensure VAT compliance and liaise with auditors
Key Responsibility 4	Support cost control and revenue tracking across all outlets
Key Responsibility 5	Oversee daily financial transactions, including room sales and F&B
Key Responsibility 6	Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer billing
Key Responsibility 7	Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with KPIs like occupancy and RevPAR
Key Responsibility 8	Conduct regular bank reconciliations, including credit card transactions
Key Responsibility 9	Ensure compliance with accounting standards and hospitality-specific tax regulations
Key Responsibility 10	Manage and reconcile inventory for F&B outlets, including stock takes and variance analysis
Key Responsibility 11	Implement and maintain internal controls, focusing on cash handling procedures
Key Responsibility 12	Collaborate with Front Office, F&B, and other departments for operational financial support
Key Responsibility 13	Assist in audits and provide documentation for auditors
Key Responsibility 14	Maintain accurate records and financial data
Key Responsibility 15	Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency
Key Responsibility 16	Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliations if required
