Responsibilities

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (IFRS/GAAP).

Manage daily accounting operations (AP, AR, payroll, taxation).

Maintain internal controls and ensure audit compliance.

Conduct financial analysis and modeling for decision-making.

Prepare budgets and perform variance analysis.

Collaborate with external auditors and implement recommendations.

Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.

Stay updated on financial regulations and tax laws.

Develop policies and train junior accounting staff.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

Professional qualification: ACCA, CPA, or CA.

5+ years of experience in a similar role.

Proficient in accounting software and financial analysis tools.

Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or GAAP.
-
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience managing audits and liaising with auditors.

High integrity and professionalism.
