ISS International S.p.A. Abu Dhabi Branch is looking for an Accountant & Administration Assistant for our office located in Abu Dhabi (UAE). Job Description: Record all accounting transactions using QuickBooks software (Must). Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting tasks, including bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable reviews, annual audit coordination, and preparation of financial reports as needed. Request purchase quotations and manage office supplies procurement. Assist with the annual finance auditing. Assist with the annual ICV certification. Collaborate with the PRO to handle visa and labor processes. Address employee HR-related inquiries, grievances, and compliance with rules and regulations. Support payroll preparation by providing necessary data, such as absences, bonuses, leaves, and expense notes. Oversee the process for obtaining CICPA cards, including application submission and card collection. Coordinate travel logistics through the travel agency, including flight tickets and hotel bookings. Assist new employees in completing residence visa requirements, such as medical fitness tests and Emirates ID biometric registrations. Develop and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems. Manage leases, including handling lease expirations, renewals/extensions, insurance certificates, and internal documentation requests. Key Requirements: Good Accounting Experience. Knowledge on QuickBooks (Must). Knowledge in SAP (Preferred). Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English written and spoken. Advanced MS office skills.
