The Role & Responsibilities
As an Account Executive, you will act as a key point of contact between the company and its clients, managing accounts and contributing to business development:

Manage client accounts, building and maintaining strong professional relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying opportunities, pitching services/products, and following up on leads.

Prepare reports and presentations for management and clients, tracking account performance and progress.

Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to deliver seamless service and meet client requirements.

Handle client queries and issues, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service.

Participate in meetings and events to promote company offerings and expand professional networks.
What We’re Looking For

Degree or professional qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
