About the Role

Bain Dépôt, a proudly Canadian family-owned retailer specializing in bathroom, kitchen, and lighting solutions, is looking for a 3rd Key Holder to join our Toronto Stockyard location. With nearly 50 stores across Canada and a reputation for reinventing the renovation shopping experience, Bain Dépôt combines a dynamic retail environment with a strong sense of teamwork and innovation.

As a 3rd Key Holder, you’ll be a key contributor to both sales performance and day-to-day store operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the drive to exceed sales targets while mentoring and supporting colleagues.

Key Duties

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations.

• Drive sales by achieving store targets and encouraging strong performance from the team.

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build long-term client relationships.

• Support training and onboarding of new staff.

• Handle store opening and closing responsibilities.

• Contribute to merchandising, inventory management, and overall store presentation.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in retail sales or team supervision (preferred).

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate others.

• Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.

• High school diploma is considered an asset.
