Key Duties

RaceTrac is seeking a motivated Store Associate to provide an outstanding guest experience at our Dallas location. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked environment for our customers. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting guests at the register or self-checkout with professionalism and friendliness.

• Suggesting additional items to enhance guest purchases and addressing any concerns promptly.

• Keeping shelves, coolers, and display areas stocked with food, beverages, and other merchandise.

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including food prep areas and high-traffic spaces.

• Assisting in inventory management and following safety and food handling procedures.

• Collaborating with team members to foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED (or currently pursuing).

• Prior experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment is preferred but not required.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stand, and perform other physical tasks as needed.

• Team-oriented with initiative and a positive attitude toward guest service.

• May need to obtain state or local permits such as food handler or alcohol server certifications.
