Key Duties

As a 4th Grade Teacher with Charter Schools USA, you will play a critical role in shaping the academic and personal growth of students. Responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and organizational goals.

• Using a variety of instructional strategies and differentiated methods to meet diverse student needs.

• Creating a classroom environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to learning.

• Assessing student progress regularly and providing timely feedback to support growth.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution required. Valid teaching certification in Florida or eligibility for certification.

• Experience: One to three years of teaching experience preferred (student teaching may count).

• Skills: Strong classroom management, effective communication, organizational skills, and ability to use technology in instruction.

• Other: Must pass background checks and adhere to the Code of Ethics for the Education Profession.
