Hilton Birmingham Metropole is hiring a part-time Executive Lounge Host (24 hours per week). In this role, you will welcome executive guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, assist with enquiries, and ensure supplies and amenities meet standards. You’ll provide advice on hotel services, local attractions, and create a professional, friendly first impression. Strong communication, organisation, and guest service passion are essential.
