Key Duties

As a Custodian at Unica Enterprises, you will help maintain a clean and safe environment for staff and visitors at the DFW Rental Car Center. Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.

• Sanitizing restrooms, replenishing supplies, and monitoring inventory.

• Removing trash, recycling, and ensuring proper waste disposal.

• Cleaning windows, glass, and common area surfaces.

• Keeping lobbies, break rooms, and hallways tidy and presentable.

• Following safety guidelines, wearing PPE, and meeting physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 30 lbs and extended periods of walking or standing.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to work the 1st shift schedule (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) and part-time hours (16 hours/week).

• Weekend availability is required.

• Prior custodial or janitorial experience preferred.

• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and proper handling.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• Must successfully pass a background check, E-Verify, and obtain a Security Identification Display Area (SIDA) badge.
