Key Duties

This position is based at Summerport Surgery Center in Windermere, FL, and offers a supportive, no-call schedule with a focus on work-life balance. Responsibilities include:

• Delivering anesthesia care across three operating rooms and one procedure room.

• Supporting a variety of surgical cases, including General, GYN, GI, Urology, and Colorectal surgeries.

• Collaborating with the surgical team to ensure patient safety, efficient workflow, and high-quality outcomes.

• Complying with all clinical protocols and regulatory standards.

• Traveling as needed between surgery center facilities.

The role emphasizes patient-centered care while maintaining a predictable, weekday-only schedule with no holidays or weekends.

Requirements

• Relevant clinical qualifications and licensure to provide anesthesia care.

• Experience in anesthesia for surgical procedures across multiple specialties preferred.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with OR staff.

• Commitment to delivering safe, high-quality patient care.
