Salary Range: £24,404 – £24,790 pro rata

Stafford Junior School is a 3 form entry school with lovely school buildings, fantastic grounds and a great team. We are committed to developing the whole child and watching every pupil thrive and grow.
This role will be primarily working with SEND pupils, working in small intervention groups to support Quality First teaching and deliver targeted interventions. During the children’s break and lunchtime, the post holders will be required to lead play and other activities, manage behaviour and support pupils in the playground.
The successful applicants will have good interpersonal skills and a calm approach to working with children and with other adults, as well as an enthusiasm for working in schools. We are looking for someone who is cheerful, reliable, flexible and hard working.
