Introduction

Are you a people-oriented individual who thrives in a lively, sociable environment? Fuller’s is looking for part-time Bar Staff to join our team in Greater London. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a historic British brewery known for its premium pubs and warm, welcoming customer experience.

About the Company

Fuller’s is an iconic name in British hospitality, with roots dating back to 1845. Headquartered in Chiswick, London, Fuller’s Brewery has grown into a renowned operator of pubs and inns across the UK, blending heritage with modern hospitality. Our mission is to deliver outstanding experiences to guests while upholding values of integrity, craftsmanship, and community. We believe a good pub is more than just a place to drink—it’s a place where stories are shared and people feel at home. Our London locations reflect this philosophy, offering comfortable settings, quality food and drink, and a team culture built on respect and camaraderie.

The Role & Responsibilities

As a member of our Bar Staff, you will be the face of the pub, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit. This role is about more than pouring pints—it’s about creating connections and contributing to a warm, welcoming environment.

  • Serve drinks efficiently and accurately while offering recommendations on beers, wines, or seasonal specials to enhance the guest experience.

  • Monitor customer needs throughout their visit, refilling drinks and checking on satisfaction without being intrusive.

Bar Operations

  • Prepare mixed drinks and beverages according to Fuller’s standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

  • Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked with glassware and supplies, supporting smooth, uninterrupted service.

  • Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines, checking identification where required and maintaining a safe environment.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with other bar staff, kitchen teams, and managers to coordinate service, especially during busy shifts.

  • Communicate clearly with colleagues about guest preferences, table orders, or any concerns so we can deliver seamless service.

Cash Handling and Transactions

  • Process payments accurately and efficiently using the till system, handling cash and card transactions responsibly.

  • Balance the till at the end of shifts and report any discrepancies promptly to maintain financial integrity.

  • Friendly and Outgoing Personality
You naturally make others feel comfortable and enjoy engaging in conversation.

  • Team Player Attitude
You support your colleagues and believe that great service is a group effort.

  • Adaptability and Energy
