The Role & Responsibilities
As an IT Support Assistant at LASERSOFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

Hardware & Software Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues to ensure seamless operations. ikman

System Installation & Maintenance: Install and configure Windows operating systems (7, 8, 8.1, 10), drivers, software applications, and printers. ikman+1

Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to staff, addressing any IT-related concerns.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of IT assets, support requests, and resolutions.itpro.lk

Collaboration: Work closely with other IT team members to implement and improve IT processes and systems.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a motivated individual who possesses:

Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of hardware and software systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Experience: Prior experience in an IT support role is advantageous.

Education: Possession of relevant certifications or qualifications in Information Technology.

Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with staff and document technical issues.

Work Ethic: A self-motivated and proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
